Mrs. Eugenia Akuffo Kissiedu is the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Manager at Jem Intercontinental Services Ghana Ltd, Tema. She is a customer service & marketing professional with twelve (12) years of experience in pest control, telecommunications, and banking industries who is passionate about quality in service delivery and ultimately drives customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. She holds a degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast-Ghana and 3 other professional development certificates from the University of Pennsylvania-USA (Customer Analytics, Operations Analytics & People Analytics).

She is the main point of contact for our Pest Control Operations at clients’ premises and coordinates IPM activities by assigning daily IPM tasks to staff and follows up to address issues on the field as may be required.
