He is a proven self-starter with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, combining strong analytical skills with an enthusiastic and determined approach to problem resolution.

He has trained extensively in Business Management and has a great expertise in industrial and service organizations for the past 20 years  whilst undertaking a wide variety of performance improvement assignments as well as Business Plans and Project due diligence.

His career also reflects a record of success in the co-ordination of commercial, technical, and operations initiatives, including understanding and delivering management expectations and working effectively with employees, colleagues, and senior management through Board of Directors, Governmental and investors level.

He is currently in touch with investors, banks, financial institutions, venture capital/ private equity funds and investment bankers globally for funding to deliver on the company’s strategic plan in the most effective and efficient manner.

Mr. Tsimese is currently an authority in fumigation and other related pest control matters in Ghana and beyond and is steadily adding business skills and training to his technical background to effectively lead the company to greater heights.
